Read this part first, because it is the part most people get wrong when they describe this service.

I do not integrate with SAP. I do not drive transactions, script the GUI, or change anything inside your SAP system. What I automate is everything that happens after the export: the hours your team spends cleaning, reconciling, and reformatting raw report files by hand every single day.

That boundary is deliberate. It means no access to your SAP system, no integration project, no involvement from your SAP team, and no risk to a system you cannot afford to have broken.

The problem this solves

Somebody pulls the same reports every morning. Then the real work starts: stripping headers, fixing columns, matching one report against another, rebuilding the layout management expects, and pasting it into the file that gets circulated. It takes hours, it is mind-numbing, and one mistyped cell quietly corrupts a number that people then make decisions on.

How the automation works

You drag the raw exported file in, or drop it in a watched folder, and press run. The tool parses it, stores it in a database, reconciles it against the other reports it needs, applies your business rules, and produces the finished output in the exact layout your managers already expect.

Because everything lands in a database rather than a spreadsheet, you get something the manual process never gave you: history. Date-range reporting, period comparisons, and trends across months, from reports that used to be overwritten every morning.

What it is worth

One suite took daily reporting from roughly two hours of manual clean-up to under four minutes, with the copy-paste errors gone entirely. That figure is from a real build, not a projection, and your process may be better or worse.
