A quality management platform centred on traceability — following material and process history through production, with non-conformance and corrective action built in.

Problem

Tracing a quality issue back through production meant assembling the story from disconnected records in multiple systems and binders, and corrective actions lived in email.

Solution

A platform that links quality records along the production chain, so the history behind any output — inputs, checks, dispositions — can be followed in one place. Non-conformances and corrective/preventive actions are raised against those records and tracked to closure. Built on a reusable Django base with accounts and billing scaffolding.

Impact

Trace requests that took days of record-pulling became guided lookups, and corrective actions stopped disappearing between meetings.
