Problem

Physical SQDC boards went stale between updates, and the data behind them lived in someone’s binder — invisible to anyone not standing in front of the board.

Solution

Two connected modules: a content manager where owners maintain each letter’s metrics and actions, and a display mode that renders boards full-screen for shop-floor screens — always current, no markers required.

Impact

Daily management boards update themselves from entered data; the morning meeting reads live boards instead of yesterday’s handwriting.
